26. Compare the rise of Christianity in the Roman Empire and Medieval Europe.

The things that these rises had it common is that they were both successful because it appealed the general population when Jesus spread his word that praised the poor and downtrodden and many romans could relate to that and followed its ways and soon became very popular when the roman emperor Constantine accepted it. Same situation during the dark ages the people were poor and had very little and Christ's message appealed to them so they followed it also the pope gained control and many kings became catholic to please the pope also helping to spread it
