which way do high pressure winds blow in the norther hemisphere?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It would blow from the mass of high pressure to the mass of low pressure. Looking down from a satellite, the northern hemisphere high pressure systems move in a clockwise direction and anticlockwise in the southern hemisphere. Low pressure systems are the reverse of these, IE clockwise in the southern hemisphere and anticlockwise in the northern hemisphere.
