i have been exercising to get six packs since im skinny enough but is this the cause of the pain?

It's possible you could've overdone it when you were exercising, sometimes when I'm doing crunches or something I do too many and feel pain but as for the heavy objects I'd think that would hurt your back not your waist.

like when i cough it hurts when i brush my teeth and im about to throw up it hurts so idk what it is
