First you need to now that angles of a triangle are labled so that the center letter is the point of the angle and the other two letters are the arm of the angle 1. you have to use the deffinition of congruent angles to find what the degree of <STR is. 2. Then you add the degees of <STR and <SRT together and then subtract that from the number of degrees that a triangle contains to get <RST 3. then you take the angle of <RST that you found in step 2. and add it to <SRT. Then you set that equal to 4x \[<RST + <SRT=4x\] 4. Solve the equation you found in step 3 for x. Does that help?
