Could there be a private chat? Just you and some other person on a chat explaining how to do things?

The only way to do that is sending private messages to eachother.
You could also create a question and close it rightaway and then discuss the question with that person. usually nobody else would enter but it is not private.

True. We are here to learn, but making friends is also a good thing. :) It is not facebook. But a few extra chats just for private wouldn't be all that bad.

Well having a private chat is better than sending PM messages back and forth in my opinion. I mean this website isn't social media but still. It's an advancement. And some people don't like having there answers blurted out to the world. I guess I could be wrong tho...

Even cursing in personal messages is a risk.  What if the other party takes it wrong and reports it?  Something to keep in mind....

Cursing in PM I believe is censored.. Because I tried sending a username with the "B" word in it to a moderator and apparently it replaces it with "feathers" he was like "How is 'feathers' offensive?" I was like wow xD the censor.. :L. So if I'm not mistaken, it is monitored.
