Did you mean  the ration of width to length is 1.5 to 1 or the vice versa is a ration of 1.5 to 1?
the lengths are equal in any Rectangle.

no, it's the sides as stated.  My choices are 30 inches by 45 inches, 30 inches by 60 inches, 30 inches by 90 inches, and 30 inches by 22.5 inches
