Scince your aunt wants to increase her body mass index and muscular strength rather then just loose weight on a diet you have to make sure you program allows her a bigger calorie intake. You would have to add more protein to her diet and make sure there was about a 1- 1 1/2 hour of exercise. Her time line and personal fitness program would have to include a 2,000- 2,500 Calorie intake spread out through the day as well as daily exercise.
