Well look at part one of the worksheet - it perfectly explains what you have to put. You choose from "soy", "eres", and "es".

Soy is when I am explaining something that I am. For example, "YO SOY divertido" - "I am fun."

"Eres" is when I am explaining something that YOU are. For example, "TU ERES bonita" - "You are pretty."

"Es" is when I am explaining something that HE/SHE is. For exmpale, "El marinero ES serio." - "The sailor is serious."



So think about it. I am going to help you a little bit:

Mi amiga _____ _bonita_. - Notice that you can also use "linda" for pretty - it is based on what your school tells you pretty means.
