A spherical fish bowl is half-filled with water. The center of the bowl is C, and the length of segment AB is 16 inches, as shown below. Use Twenty two over seven for pi. A sphere with diameter 16 inches is drawn. What is volume, in cubic inches, of water inside the fish bowl? 402.29 1072.76 1217.40 608.73

@piglet9 any thoughts?
@Directrix @Callisto @guruguru @ranga
so the volume of a sphere is 4/3 pi r^3 the radius in this case is half the diameter of 16. 4/3 pi (8)^3 = 2143 but the tank is half full so divide by 2 = 1072 in^3 (rounded)
agreed, thanks!
No Problem =D
