as always, google has far more resources than you can imagine.

There are several book recommendations here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2181729/which-c-sharp-4-0-book-would-you-purchase-and-why and other scattered over the internet.

As with other languages, write out little bits of code trying the new concepts you leaen. Try integrating past exercises as you learn more complex concepts.
