Calculus Help! Concavity... For the function f(x)=(x²/4)+cosx on the interval (0,2π) , find the intervals on which the function is concave up or concave down, and identify any inflection points. Can someone show a step by step solution for this and explain? I am not understanding this :/ This is my last resort! Please!! My teacher wants us to try this out and I am not getting it! Help! :O Idk what to do :(

there is a concavity test. Or first and second derivitave test. set f'(x)=0 and if it starts changing then you have concavity. SOmething like that. It's been a while

simplest example is x^2 |dw:1383017186031:dw|
