f(x) =

@timo86m can you help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The only possible discontuity is at x = 5 (because that's where the function breaks). So test x= 5 in both functions..from the left of 5, and to the right of 5.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

From the left of 5: (x - 5) approaches 0, as x approaches 5.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what happens as x approaches 5 from the right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

plot it for me and you'll see it easier

OpenStudy (erinweeks):

im sorry guys im totally lost :/
