Well, I just told you how to solve it. The minimum of such a problem is at one of the frontier vertices. Test them all and see which is the minimum.

(0,5), (2,1), (3,0)

(0,5) ==> 3(0) + 5 = 5
(2,1) ==> 3(2) + 1 = 7
(3,0) ==> 3(3) + 0 = 9
