If you use a calculator, then 

179.46279 - 33.8165 = 115.646

Of course, if you did it by hand correctly you would get the same result. 

Nevertheless, 115.646 rounded to the nearest ten would be $\color\red{120}$

Hopefully you didn't mean round to the nearest tenth. Because then instead of 120 it would be $\color\green{115.6}$
