What % of 7.2 is 45

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Are you supposed to do this with pencil and paper?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Kira_Yamato

OpenStudy (anonymous):

16%

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

45 is the larger amount. 7.2 is the smaller amount. ---- 100 is all the percent one can have x is a part of 100 --------------------------- x/100 = 7.2/45 ---- x = 100[7.2/45] ---- x = 720/45 = 16

How is that wrong @kaylee.carmestro

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@greenlegodude57 That's what I meant be pencil and paper. Working it out like that.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I haven't done this in a while and I forget the steps. But I want to do something about that.
