However, the refueling, manufacturing, and disposal of automobiles can cause air pollution; the air pollution is bad for humans and the environment. The use of automobiles can cause accidents and traffic jams. Traffic jams are caused because everyone is trying to get to their job or the place they have to be and one person can take a wrong turn and there are so many automobiles on the road. Automobiles negative effect, accidents are caused by traffic jams, people losing control of their automobile, and people acting stupid.

The use of automobiles can cause accidents and traffic jams. Traffic jams are caused because everyone is trying to get to their job or the place they have to be and one person can take a wrong turn and there are so many automobiles on the road. I can shorten the second sentence out and make that into two more sentences.

The use of automobiles is the most cause of accidents and traffic jams on the street, usually everyone is rushing to their jobs and that's what causes these jams. A typical accident happens when one person is taking a wrong turn while there are a large amount of automobiles around them and with having no space around them , they end up crashing. There you go :) and no need to shorten the sentence.
