Yes. Especially with the crazy North Koreans who would get their hands on the closest warheads, issues in Middle East with Iran and Israel, and with Russia and US carrying the most/strongest WMD's. Meaning if there's an issue between the US and Russia it will lead straight to the Arms Race again and threats would consist of nuclear warfare. Hope I helped :P

Partially, if you look at it, because we still have tons of nuclear and non-nuclear devices and bombs that could easily wipe out the Earth in minutes. It would be like a flash before our eyes!

Of course, take a look at our relations to Russia and Pugachev. Think about it. Also think of the North Koreans - debatable that they are our worst enemy. Dragan96 made many of the points needed to be made.
