im gonna go and say watch tv with them and discuss the images, because forcing your kid to work out can be dangerous, and starving them isnt good either, criticizing a child will only make them more self conscious
you should teach your child what to eat and what not to eat so they stay healthy, most people get their bad eating habits from tv.
