Write them down , over and over again (I usually listen to intrumental music, { vocals must be avoided}. ;)

for me, flash cards
or using the flash card to spark the question, then writing what the response would be.

you gotta figure out how you retain information (wow, i'm totally going to sound like my gf right now...)

you will have one or more of these ways that will best help you
retain information best:
hearing - saying it over and over, flash cards saying the response out loud
visual - you stare at it till it becomes engrained in your head
kinestetic - you write it over and over (like yamyam70 said, which for some reason puts me in 'autopilot' where i just zone out, so this works least for me)

First understand theory behind them, why and how things are related. Best way is not to cram them.

Try solving problems with them~! Do as many exercises with the current formula as you can
