what is the role of atp in the cell? a. transport energy b. drive photosynthesis c. maintain homeostasis d. initiate cellular respiration

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ATP stands for adenosine triphosphate. ATP is a nucleotice that has many roles in the cell. It provides energy for the cell for most of the energy consuming activities. It also regulates many biochemical pathways.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How are photosynthesis and cellular respiration related? a. energy is continuously cycled between the two processes b. they each occur in completely different organisms c. both depend on atp as a source of energy d. materials produced in one process are used in the other

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So what do you think that makes the answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know the answer, but I want you to try first.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Welcome to OpenStudy by the way. :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks and i think it's c. both depend on atp as a source of energy but i'm not sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

# 1 is A.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that's what I thought but what's the second one?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

# 2 is D.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you!
