Don't be superficial. Mold yourself a personality and find things you enjoy. You don't need your world to revolve around relationships. To be honest, you're not a bad looking guy. A bit above average. 

I think the reason you're getting dumped, is because, not your looks - but the women you look for. Try to find someone you can relate to and build a relationship with, that doesn't lean so harshly on features.
