@Coolsector

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do you think ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i am thinking B but not sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so A = (30/360) * pi*r^2 A = (1/12) * pi * 36 = 3pi = 9.42

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but tell me, do you understand what i did ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so you too the angle divided by the 360 degrees of the circle then multiplyed it by pi and radius of 6^2 which equals 36

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont understand where th 1/12 came from though

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont understand where th 1/12 came from though

OpenStudy (anonymous):

30/360 = 1/12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohhhh ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you should always remember that the area of a complete circle is pi * r^2 now since complete circle means 360 degrees, for a sector we see what part of 360 it is this is why i multiplied it by the angle divided by 360.
