The height, in feet, of the softball is given by s(t)= -16t+70t+3, where t is the time in seconds and t>=0 Which is the closest to the time when the softball will be 50 feet above the ground? a. 0.66 sec b. 5.03 sec c. 0.83 sec or 3.55 sec d. 0.66 sec or 5.03 sec

so with the equation given, if you plugged in time, it would give you height. so, if you did it backwards and plugged int height first, you could solve the equation for time ^_^ just be sure to figure out if you need to plug in 50feet or 50feet-3feet for the height ^_^
