Question

I'm writing an ethical argument about vaccinations... What I'm arguing is that it is ethically permissible to for parents to refuse to vaccinate his or her child, because it protects his or her individual rights and liberty.
But I'm a little stuck on ideas.
My teacher wants:
a. The intro
b. An objective history of vaccines
c. The body -liberty and individual rights-
d. A rebuttal
e. A conclusion
I don't want someone to write my essay for me... I've just got writer's block and I need help getting my creative juices flowing...
