Help? Which linear system of equations does the matrix represent?

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

\[\Large \left[\begin{matrix}-3&5\\2&3\end{matrix}\right|\left.\begin{matrix}15\\-10\end{matrix}\right]\]

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

You just insert an x in this column\[\Large \left[\begin{matrix}\color{red}{-3}&5\\\color{red}2&3\end{matrix}\right|\left.\begin{matrix}15\\-10\end{matrix}\right]\] and a y in this column: \[\Large \left[\begin{matrix}-3&\color{blue}5\\2&\color{blue}3\end{matrix}\right|\left.\begin{matrix}15\\-10\end{matrix}\right]\] So that you get something that looks like this: \[\Large \left.\begin{matrix}-3\color{red}x&+&5\color{blue}y&=&15\\2\color{red}x&+&3\color{blue}y&=&-10\end{matrix}\right.\]

ohhhh okay. that's not even hard

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you!!

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

No it isn't. I trust if you get another such question, you can solve it in a heartbeat? ^_^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

definitely :p

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@veganbee That does seem easy. Was terenzreignz right, though? Because I have a similar question on a test I need help with.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@katherinepierce1864 yeah it was definitely right
