Are you trying to figure out how to "unlever" an equity beta or how to find specific data regarding the unlevered betas of the firms in a given industry?

Yes. In fact, i try to figure out unlevered beta of McDonalds and some other fast enterprises. But i can't not find "unlevered beta of franchise business to count the total unleverd betas of these companies.

So you're saying that while you could find, as an example, the "P/E" or "Market Cap" of companies in the fast food industry, you CAN'T find any reference to "unlevered beta" anywhere?

If so, that means you'll probably have to calculate the "unlevered betas" yourself. Do you know how to do that?
