Find the x-intercept(s) and the coordinates of the vertex for the parabola y=x^2-10x+21 If there is more than one -intercept, separate them with commas

OpenStudy (zpupster):

1) first factor the the quadratic x^2-10 + 21 (x )(x ) then set each of your 2 binomials to zero these are the x intercepts. 2 )from y = ax2 + bx + c. to find the vertex you can use the formula: -b/2a this will give you the x value of the vertex to find the y just plug the x value into the quadratic can you factor the quadratic????
