HELP FOR MEDAL!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Imagine it is one thousand years in the future! The city you live in thrived until humans moved to different parts of the planet. It fell into ruin but has recently been rediscovered by archaeologist! Now archaeologist and historians are rushing to the ruins in hopes they'll be the first to discover significant artifacts! In actuality, this is exactly what happened when American historian Hiram Bingham discovered Machu Picchu in Peru, on July 24th, 1911.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What tools would archaeologist and historians use to investigate this city’s ruins? What types of artifacts or evidence would historians and archaeologist look for to determine what life was like for the people of the time? Remember, you are to pretend that the city you currently live in has been abandoned by humans and is discovered one thousand years from now by archaeologist. Your job is to choose five artifacts that best illustrate what life was like for the people who lived in your city. Use the S.P.R.I.T.E. categories as a guide to help you in choosing what kinds of artifacts to analyze. Once you are ready, you will then organize this information into a presentation for your curious fellow citizens.

They would Use the C.O.K.E and C.O.L.A Tactic to search.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have no Idea. Sorry.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It would help to know what the S.P.R.I.T.E. categories are...

Well I live in FL and I'm assuming you do as well because you're Florida VS student lol. So you can relate. I don't know specifically what tools they're gonna use considering it's in a 1000 years -_- but they will use some type of soil core to find out how late our civilization stayed in this are, they'll be surprised with what they find since civilized settlements have only existed for about half a century here in FL. They will use some type broom/duster to clean off items/bodies/etc. so that they don't break them. And of course they will document what is being excavated, dug up, researched, and studied by photographing or recording the event, place, or object. They might be able to find a ton of books about our life. These books will include the most popular politics books, being Democracy, social classes, and how they interact, great scientific discoveries, and see how intelligent we might have been, and of course with politics and social classes the category of economics will follow. And then they will find dozens if not hundreds of churches, temples, synagogues, and other houses of worship which will uncover the religions of our time as well. I hope I helped :P
