In open study why cant we give more than 1 medal as best response?
Ya some times i post a question and there are 2 people or more that i think have good responses
Because, if you could give more, it would be unfair. Other people can add onto that 1 medal though. But if you could put more than one medal, you could easily reach ranks that you want. It has "Best" Response because you have to pick the Best, just like a question when it says "Choose the answer that BEST describes blah blah"
It could be used as spam for medals, then medals could be gave out too easily.
Agreed
lol ya that sounds right
but like for example i post a question that says 2 +2 = ? and like 3 people say 4 at the same time
You give it to the person that said it first, or the person that explained it best
If they say just "4" they shouldn't get a medal. They are not thoroughly explaining the question/answer to assist you like the Code of Conduct for OpenStudy states that they should. Also what Kfins99 said.
lol ya but im sayin
But if they all say 4, you can say, "Can someone explain how" Whoever answers the best, give them the medal
good point @Kfins99 and @Skiller8860
Thank You :)
We used to have this but it was abused.
"Medal Partying"
how? @SWAG
please tell me more :)
People would just get medals for doing nothing, and sometimes still do, but more rarely.
oh that sound like something people will do on this site
