idk because I know the slope is $5.25 and so that eliminates B and D and then I know you wouldn't just add 60 and $5.25 because there's an x involved... so C is the best choice by elimination.
well, it's the tip average of $5.25 times the hours x plus the $60 so y=5.25x+60 and then you plug in 4 for x and you get 81
