I need some new music to listen to.
Can anyone suggest some bands and artists?

Some that have meaningful songs, but some catchy ones too. Iv been kinda into evanescence lately so kinda like her!

Also i don't like any screamo music or punk, or dub step, country so anything but those i'm pretty open too.

You're open to music yet, you list 4 types of music you don't like lol. and metal is entirely different from screamo you should give actual metal a spin sometime. not very many bands that don't write "meaningful" songs. "Early mornings and late nights" by salt the wound is an awesome love song, "Epiphany" and "Momento" by intervals are both BEAUTIFUL songs that are instrumental and just create an awesome feeling.

@decayer_ yes, I don't like those types of music, obviously i mean i was open to music other than those types because i don't like them....I listed them so that people wouldn't waste their time posting them, I gave all types of music a shot, and i didn't like those, that's why i am asking for different types..

Well a band I know that has meaningful lyrics would probably be Within Temptation. There a great band and there very similar to Evanescence. I like both of these bands and think there quite similar.
