jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

get rid of denominators by multiplying both sides by least common multiple... so you get xz(6x - 9) = y(3y-9z) so distribute 6zx^2 - 9xz = 3y^2 - 9yz then get all values with z to one side +9yz +9yz 6zx^2 - 9xz + 9yz = 3y^2 then factor out a z z(6x^2 - 9x + 9y) = 3y^2 divide both sides by (6x^2 - 9x + 9y) z = (3y^2) / (6x^2 - 9x + 9y) factor a 3 out of the bottom z = (3y^2) / 3(2x^2 - 3x + 3y) the 3's cancel out z = (y^2) / (2x^2 - 3x + 3y)
