well you can start off by putting it into point slope form: which is \[y-y_1=m(x-x_1)\] when you do that, you'll get y-3=(2/3)(x-6) now simplify using distributive property: y-3=2/3x-4 Now you need to get y by itself so add 3 to both sides. y-3+3=(2/3)x-4+3 and simplify: y=(2/3)x-1 so now we got it to y= form and we need it to be in standard, so we simply move the x by subtracting (2/3)x from both sides so your answer would be -(2/3)x + y = -1

these are the options 2x+3y=3 2x-3y=3 3x+2y=3 3x-2y=3

Okay i see what its doing here, from the answer i got of -(2/3)x-y=-1 they multiplied it by -3 to get rid of the fraction and the negative sign infront of x. when you do that you get: 2x-3y=3
