No, personal messages are private and they cannot be even read by moderators.
But if someone reports your message as abuse, then mods can read them to verify whether it was really an abuse or not.

Oh cool, so if someone like starts annoying you and spamming your profile, you can report it? (: Never knew that, well too late now XD

And btw, I just don't like blocking, maybe someday I will like them, but until there's and unblock list, I never block anyone xD
