Please help me! If f(x)=x^2-16/x+4 is continuous at x=-4, then f(-4) = ? I think its 0. Am I right?

Yeah cuz if you plug in -4 to the bottom it is zero.

But they aren't waiting for me to find a way for the denominator not to equal 0?

f(-4) means you plug that in for x.
