Why did George Washington have 3 Warning in his "Farewell Address"?

he warned us about political divisions, having  foreign alliances, and about public debt, he said these three warnings in his farewell address for use by future generations literally, he gave us a guide to living as a free nation that is safe and promotes welfare for its people, and thinking about it is weird as we do all of those 3 things in leisure today without thought like our alliance with Russia, people are scamming the governmental system by using government programs when they aren't in need of it, and the way we have separated ourselves by views of people who are from different political parties with different views :p
