Help!! I have read a few python books and done some practice but i feel i still don't know anything. i can't solve any real problems.please how do i go about this?

OpenStudy (bibby):

Write out and plan a solution before getting into something. Post some problems. What are you having trouble solving? Where do you get stuck? Why is your code not working?

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

I agree with bibby completely. You are failing to connect with the material. OK. We get that. But without seeing the how we can't talk about the why! Also, I have to admit the MIT class is a bit of a crash course. They have different expectations of their users than many schools. Perhaps adding in a slightly different format would help you get the basics more fully. Then applying the basics can become easier. Individual topics you don't get can be looked at here: http://thenewboston.org/list.php?cat=36 Another free class that comes at it a little differently is here: http://www.pythonlearn.com/ No matter what you use, you can post questions on OS and get some help with them.
