Mathematics 8 Online
OpenStudy (anonymous):

e^1-8x= 7957

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

you can subtract the approximate value of e (2.7) from both sides and then divide both sides by '-8'.

OpenStudy (zpupster):

i would take the natural log of both sides 1-8x = (ln 7957) 8x =((ln 7957)-1) x=((ln 7957)-1) / -8

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

I would take natural log, but add 8x to both sides first, no?
