for the first one all you have to do is plug in the x from the ordered pairs and see if you get the y
so it would be
3 times (2)-1=5 soo it equals the ordered pair (2,5)

for first question
the answer is (2,5)
see here
(x,y)=(2,5)
y=3x-1
y=5,x=2
now put it in the equation
5=3(2)-1
5=6-1
5=5
Hence answer is correct
