x2 < 64

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what doe you have to do to the left side to solve for x? what ever it is, do it to the right side.

OpenStudy (dobby1):

The answer is the square root of 64 which is 8 so you answer is x<8

OpenStudy (ash2326):

@Dobby1 Please don't just hand out answers, please explain the methodology :)

OpenStudy (dobby1):

Ok I am sorry I thought I had seen the answer in his post so I was showing what to do to get that answer I would not have put it if I had not miss read his post

OpenStudy (ash2326):

no problem dobby1 :)

OpenStudy (dobby1):

sorry for the confusion and thx for the medal

OpenStudy (dobby1):

You will notice I did give the answer in a few but only because every other person had given the answer without an explanation so i

OpenStudy (dobby1):

gave the answer with an explanation so they understood

OpenStudy (ash2326):

If you see so, please report them. But you should always explain and include the asker in the answering process :)

OpenStudy (dobby1):

ok

OpenStudy (dobby1):

yes sir

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Dobby1 (in order to be honest) if you will notice, I asked a question to make the OP think, and you gave the answer. Nobody else posted anything or gave any answer. Instead of saying other people gave the answer and you were just explaining it, you would appear more honorable by saying, "oops, won't happen again". That way it won't look like you are making up details...

OpenStudy (dobby1):

One when you messaged me I thought you were talking about a different question and 2 I was not paying attention to what you wrote so I miss read what you wrote thinking you gave the answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no biggy, it is very honorable to want to help, too much help can be no help at times, it doesnt prepare them to do it themselves.

OpenStudy (dobby1):

I know that is why I try not to just hand the answer and when I read yours I thought that I had read that you gave the answer but I did not see any work to show how you got it so I did it
