Photosynthesis and Cellular Respiration co-exist within a cycle--one cannot survive without the other. Imagine you are either an oxygen atom or a carbon atom. Illustrate your journey through a complete cycle of photosynthesis and cellular respiration. Your answer may take the form of a story or illustrated description. (All illustrations must be either hand drawn or completed in a paint/draw program.)
In your answer, be sure to include the following:


Photosynthesis
1. Include a plant and indicate the location within the plant where photosynthesis takes place.
2. Include the following terms – chloroplasts, carbon dioxide, glucose, oxygen, water, and energy from sunlight.
3. Indicate which terms combine to make a reactant and which terms combine to make the product.


Cellular Respiration

1. Include an animal and indicate the location within the animal where cellular respiration takes place.
2. Include the following terms –mitochondria, carbon dioxide, glucose, oxygen, and water.
