The domain is all the values of x that the parabola can take. As you can see, it's opening to the left and the right, so it's domain extends to all the numbers to the left and right. So it's domain is all the real numbers. It's image, however, is all the numbers of y that it can take, and that's all the numbers lower or equal to one.
