Poor is when the line is going up, less poor is going down. The Green Sub-Saharan line is going up above all, The world, the black and dotted is going down.
Sorry to be the bear of bad news GirlByte, but A is wrong. C is right. A is wrong because it says that the Sub-Saharan Africa is trending poorer when it is actually trending less poor than what it was.
