Can someone please help me?! Calculate the mangle AED and mangle AEC, given marc AD = 74°, marc BC = 112°, marc AC= 105°, and marc DB = 69°.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

mangle AED = 93° and mangle AEC = 87° B. mangle AED = 174° and mangle AEC = 186° C. mangle AED = 87° and mangle AEC = 93° D. mangle AED = 186° and mangle AEC = 174°

Never mind, I wasn't looking at it right. :O

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its alright :)

Directrix (directrix):

@aayyadi What about this?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I haven't gotten this one yet :(

Directrix (directrix):

I can help if you will stay on the thread long enough for me to do that. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OKay thanks!

Directrix (directrix):

The angles you are computing are angles formed by two chords intersecting inside a circle. There's a theorem for that.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OKay :)

Directrix (directrix):

There's ^^^ the formula. So, m<AED = 1/2 (74 + 112) --> @aayyadi Crank out this (1/2) * (74 + 112) = ? |dw:1383370804374:dw|
