If x >3 and y< 1, then xy >0 Is this always, sometimes, or never true?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If x and y can only take integer values, then the statement is never true. If x and y can take any real value, then the statement is sometimes true. If x=4, y=0.5, then xy=2>0 If x=4, y=0, then xy=0 which is not greater than 0. So the statement is sometimes true.

And another one If x>= 0 and y> 1, then xy >0

Thank you!
