I'm doing an analysis on a poem and I have to find the spondees. I know that a spondee is a two syllable word with stressed syllables, but I'm so confused,
Looking at this octave, can you help me by giving me an example of a spondee?


Of the rolling level underneath him steady air, and striding
High there, how he rung upon the rein of a wimpling wing
In his ecstasy! then off, off forth on swing,
As a skate's heel sweeps smooth on a bow-bend: the hurl and gliding
