The rules of reflection state that "on a plane reflecting surface, the angle of incidence = angle of reflection". A plane black surface is not a reflecting surface i.e., all incident light gets absorbed and none gets reflected. angle "0" cannot be an answer because there is no light reflected to begin with!! and angle 0 is a finite angle which is along the normal drawn at the point of incidence. Hence, it should be none-of these
But its not mentioned that its a perfect black body to absorb all light, one of those pathetically poor worded questions! Seriously wonder what they are thinking to compose such useless questions!
but here it also depends on the person who made the question, if he made the question by keeping only the laws of reflection in his mind then 45 would be correct according to that perso
