The rules of reflection state that "on a plane reflecting surface, the angle of incidence = angle of reflection".
A plane black surface is not a reflecting surface i.e., all incident light gets absorbed and none gets reflected. 

angle "0" cannot be an answer because there is no light reflected to begin with!! and angle 0 is a finite angle which is along the normal drawn at the point of incidence.

Hence, it should be none-of these
