3 can only be factored to 1 and 3 so that part has to be $$(\frac{ 3 }{2 }±a)$$ now find an a that would give you the +9x

lol everyone has problems learning math, it goes away by doing lots and lots of problems until you can recognize patterns and then know what to look for from the start and pick the best approach
