When two chords intersect inside a circle, the product of the measures of the two segments of one chord is equal to the product of the measures of the two segments of the other chord. Which means that AE \(\times\) EB = DE \(\times\) CE.

I got 28!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

AE \(\times\) EB = 28, but then you have to divide by DE to get CE.

is got 14 ***
