OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Sets are about things that are grouped.

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

This goes over sets a bit: http://www.regentsprep.org/regents/math/algebra/ap2/lvenn.htm But if you think about a dog, a cat, and a fish, which have things in common? Furry, mamals with tails vs not would be two subsets.

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Woof, miow, and bloop bloop for sounds they make could be another groupinf for sub sets.
